Select the "Special" option from the main menu, then choose the "Cheats" selection. Enter "MISTERMJ" as a code to unlock the Peter Parker costume. Alternately, collect all the spheres on the top in item hunt training mode, and then go into the pit. Run into a wall that has a "?" on it all in under one minute.
