Enter "FARMBOY" as a passcode. Then, enter "TIEDUP" as a passcode. If you entered the code correctly, R2-D2 will make a high pitch sound. Now at the ship selection screen, highlight the Millennium Falcon and hold Up on the Analog-stick for two seconds.
