If you have Bill Callahan's defensive playbook, go to Nickle defense and scroll down until you find Middle Blitz. Select that play then shift both your line and your LBs inside. You should get a sack about 85% of the time. Also on defense, get your right sided DT to the gap between the center and the guard. Hold Analog-stick Down and when the ball is snapped, your man should go through the line for a sack. This works about 50% of the time.
