How To: Special class vehicles

Go to the car selection menu. Highlight "Garage A" and press L1 + Circle. Highlight "Garage B" and press L1 + Circle. Highlight "Garage C" and press L1 + R1 + Circle. Then, re-enter the car selection menu and choose the new "Special" option. Now the bus, truck, McLaren F-1, and scooter will be selectable.
