How To: Play as Hsien Ko's (Lei Lei's) sister

At the player select screen, highlight Morrigan, hold Select, move the cursor one square the right and press Circle. For player two, at the player select screen, highlight Felicia, hold Select, move the cursor two squares to the left, and press Circle. Note: This code works in all modes except Street Puzzle mode.
